Most conventional and even "natural" laundry soaps contain many harmful detergents and harsh chemicals. These stay in your clothes long after washing them and are transferred to your skin. We want to save you all that trouble with our safe and effective laundry soap. We start by creating pure soap from coconut oil. This kind of soap is known as potassium cocoate. We then add ecologically derived solubilizers (made from glycerin and corn), mineral water softeners and natural enzymes for cleaning power. Green Mountain Laundry Soap is biodegradable, septic-safe and contains no detergents or phosphates. Can be used in both high efficiency (“he”) and standard washers. Measurements are for an average load. Adjust for soil level and determine how much works best for you. Note: suds and bubbles are not true indicators of effective cleaning.
