Green Mountain Soap Product Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: December 6, 2018

RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM GREEN MOUNTAIN SOAP CO.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date, and include your order ID. 

If an item was damaged during shipment, we'll replace it. Please include photos or video of the problem so we can file a claim with the shipper.

If we shipped the wrong item or the product is defective, we'll take it back or replace it with the correct item.

If you decide you do not want the product you ordered, we'll take it back if it is unused and in its original undamaged packaging, minus a 20% restocking fee plus original and return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a traceable method to mail your return.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, call 256-650-0059 or email contact@gmsoap.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. 

After receiving a RMA number, mail your return to the following address:
